    • What Is A Negotiated Sale? (Items Marked "Negotiable")

A negotiated sale is a sale that is not defined by a bid date and time. In this case, we are able to work directly with you, the buyer, to negotiate the sale based on the best price obtainable. If we feel an offer is below our perceived reserve value, we are not obligated to accept the offer and close the sale.  We reserve the right to negotiate with all buyers interested in the inventory until the best price objective is obtained. Of course, all listings are subject to prior sale.

    • How Do I Know If I Am The High Bidder?

ASL does NOT use an interactive bidding process.  You will not be notified of your rank or placement. There is no limit to the number of bids that you can place prior to the close of the sale.  Your bid should be competitive and commensurate with the quality and value of the item(s) for sale.  You will receive an immediate email confirming receipt of your bid.

    • Does The High Bid Always Result In A Sale?

No, our principals always have the right to reject any and all bids.

    • What Are Your Payment Terms?

Awarded bids are payable by wire transfer in US Funds within 2 business days after notice of acceptance of high bid.  Inventory will be released upon receipt of payment in full.
